HPS200 covering
Seaming roof is made of copper or galvanized steel with polymeric covering (polyester, matte polyester, pural, plastizol (HPS)
Special construction mark of steel is S250GD+Z . Steel of the given mark is specially meant for building designs, possesses necessary rigidity, thus it is successfully profiled.
Ferrous metal has Galvalloy covering which consists of 95 % zinc and 5 % aluminium. Aluminium gives additional protection against corrosion, especially in places of scratches up to ferrous metal. In these places aluminium oxid layer is formed creating a physical barrier between ferrous metal and an environment, interfering thus to development of corrosion which usually leads to exfoliation of polymeric covering, and at long development can result in occurrence of through apertures, loss of durability and destruction of profiled sheet .
Scintilla Stamping (specially developed by Corus stamping of HPS200 covering simulating snow), in comparison with a stamping " like leather ", is much more fineer and is much better distributed on a surface, that defines its best dirt-repellant properties in comparison with plastizol coverings of other manufacturers.
